<image:caption>The Treasures We Bury Within Ourselves October 2026 Artwork is 12 × 12 in., 13 × 13 with frame. Acrylic and oil pastel on canvas. Custom wood frame. $200 There are entire worlds within us that remain unseen by others. Private landscapes of memory, imagination, longing and wonder, too intricate or deeply personal to ever fully articulate. In The Treasures We Bury Within Ourselves, luminous passages of turquoise, soft green and golden yellow emerge from beneath shifting veils of muted gray and shadow. Layers of acrylic and oil pastel create at atmosphere of quiet discovery, where fragments of color appear like a glimpse of something precious, partially concealed but never lost. <image:caption>Shadow Surfing October 2026 Artwork is 12 × 12 in., 13 × 13 with frame. Acrylic and oil on canvas. Custom wood frame. $200 In Shadow Surfing, intense corals and fiery washes of color collide with deep blacks and turbulent passages of blue. Layers of acrylic and oil create a restless, shifting surface, where sweeping gestures suggest both the force of an approaching wave and the exhilaration of being carried by it. The work explores the possibility of finding freedom within discomfort, of navigating the unknown without surrendering to it. Darkness becomes something more than an obstacle; it becomes part of the movement, the depth, and the experience of being fully human. Available</image:caption>

<image:caption>Infinite Restart October 2026 12 × 12 × 1.5 in. Acrylic and oil pastel on gallery wrapped canvas. Edges painted with ultra shiny silver paint. Satin varnish. $175 There is a particular freedom in the possibility of beginning again. Not every direction must lead somewhere, and not every decision needs to become permanent. In Infinite Restart, energetic gestures and unexpected intersections of color emerge against a luminous, shifting atmosphere. Marks overlap, diverge, and interrupt one another, suggesting movement without a predetermined destination. Beneath the spontaneity lies a sense of possibility, as though something new is continually taking shape. The work considers reinvention not as a rejection of what came before, but as a natural part of becoming. Each beginning carries traces of the last, yet leaves room for something unexpected. Nothing is fixed. Nothing is final. There is always room to begin again. Available</image:caption>

<image:caption>Much Needed Levity October 2026 Artwork is 72 × 48 in., 74 × 50 in. framed Acrylic and oil pastel on gessoed MDF panel. Custom wood frame. $3600 There is a certain freedom in allowing things to remain unresolved. In Much Needed Levity, loose gestures and delicate traces of color drift across an expansive, atmospheric field, finding moments of connection without becoming fixed or defined. Soft washes of blue-gray, warm yellow, and blush create a sense of weightlessness, while darker, more deliberate marks offer just enough tension to keep the composition grounded. Forms appear and dissolve, suggesting movement, fleeting encounters, and the quiet beauty of impermanence. The painting is an exploration of lightness, not as an absence of complexity, but as a welcome release from it. A reminder that not everything needs to be understood, contained, or carried so heavily. Available</image:caption>

<image:caption>Indescribable Longing October 2026 30 × 40 × 1.5 in. Acrylic on gallery wrapped canvas. Edges painted to match. $1000 Indescribable Longing considers the peculiar ache of wanting something that cannot quite be named. Soft fields of muted color drift into one another, creating an atmosphere that feels suspended between memory, desire, and imagination. Within that openness, darker gestures gather and dissolve, suggesting something briefly taking form before slipping away again. The painting resists a fixed image or narrative. Instead, its hazy expanses and fragmented marks leave room for projection: the sense of reaching toward something just beyond recognition, perhaps something remembered, anticipated, or never fully known. Indescribable Longing is less about the object of desire than the feeling itself, the quiet pull toward an absence we can feel more clearly than we can explain. Available</image:caption>

Custom wood frame. $3600 Surrender explores the tension between control and release. Finished with satin varnish and custom wood frame. $3600 A companion to Unbidden, Cultivated turns from flowers growing wild to the deliberate beauty of greenhouse grown bouquets. Taken from the artist’s own source material, the abstract floral artwork considers relationships in much the same way: shaped through repeated acts of attention, care and intention. Loose gestures, tangled forms, and layered color allow beauty and mess to coexist, suggesting that what we choose to cultivate need not be perfect to be worth tending. The forms never quite take shape fully, veiling the scene in a dream like quality similar to our own memories and idealizations of romance.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Beyond Certainty September 2026 Artwork is 72×48×1/4 in., 74 × 50 × 2.5 in. framed Acrylic, oil pastel and charcoal on gessoed MDF panel. Finished with satin varnish and custom wood frame. $3600 Beyond Certainty is a direct response to the painting Not a Moment Longer, which is smaller but also much more spare in its color palette and volume of mark making. Where Not a Moment Longer begs the question “how little is needed to make something not only beautiful but meaningful”, Beyond Certainty asks “how much can beauty hold before it loses all meaning”? With an intensely vibrant and varied color palette and variety of overlapping mark making, every inch of this room sized painting introduces a new relationship, a new dynamic to contend with. The composition holds its own from dozens of feet away, while actively drawing the viewer closer and closer with its history rich surface. This painting looks equally compelling hung vertically, with the deep burgundy vignette creating a solid visual anchor and counterweight to the uplifted motion of the large form.</image:caption>

Finished with satin varnish, edges painted with gold foil paint. $900 Haven explores the feeling of finding refuge within something vivid and alive. Warm fields of coral, red, and vermillion gather around a central form, while softened passages of pale color create space for the composition to breathe. The painting moves between intensity and quite. Its marks are energetic but partially obscured, layered and softened as though seen through atmosphere or memory. At its center is a sense of being held; not removed from the noise and complexity of life, but sheltered within it.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Wish August 2026 Artwork is 36 × 36 × 1.5 in., 38 × 38 × 2.25 in. framed Acrylic and oil pastel on canvas. Finished with satin varnish and custom wood frame. $1150 Wish considers the tender space between longing and becoming. Soft veils of blush, violet, green and blue gather around a luminous center, while darker gestures give the composition weight and direction. The forms feel suspended between emergence and dissolution, something briefly taking shape before changing again. There is an optimism in the painting, but not certainty. Wish is less about the promise of receiving what we hoped for than the act of hoping itself: allowing ourselves to imagine something beyond what already exists.</image:caption>

Finished with satin varnish, edges painted with silver foil paint. $900 Composure explores the tension between pressure and release. A concentrated band of color and gesture stretches across an otherwise quiet field, gathering moments of friction, interruption, and movement without overwhelming the space around it. The painting considers composure not as perfect stillness, but as the ability to hold opposing forces at once, to remain open and expansive while something more complicated unfolds beneath the surface.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Paintings - Not a Moment Longer - Make it stand out</image:title>
<image:caption>Not a Moment Longer September 2026 36 × 24 × 1.5 in. Acrylic and oil pastel on gallery wrapped canvas. Edges finished with wraparound paint to match. $625 Not a Moment Longer explores the point at which a painting, and perhaps a decision, has said enough. Soft washes of blush, aqua, taupe and muted green drift across the surface, interrupted by a small number of darker, more deliberate gestures. Marks emerge, dissolve, and trail away, leaving much of the composition open and unresolved. The work grew from an interest in restraint; how little is necessary to create tension, movement and a sense of completion. Rather than filling the quiet spaces, I allowed them to remain active, trusting what was already present instead of continuing to explain it. The title carries a similar tension. Not a Moment Longer can suggest impatience, certainty, release, or simply the recognition that something has reached its natural end. The painting leaves that meaning open, asking when enough becomes enough, and what happens when we choose to stop.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Thaw July 2026 20 × 20 ×1.5 in. Acrylic on gallery wrapped canvas. Finished with satin varnish, edges painted with gold foil paint. $375 Thaw considers the gradual return of movement after a period of stillness. Warm coral washes spread across the surface while deep teal, burgundy and black gather into fluid, gestural forms. Small flashes of acidic green interrupt the softer palette, bringing an unexpected sense of vitality. Much of the painting exists between states; edges bleed and dissolve, translucent passages reveal what came before, while heavier marks remain sharply present. Rather than depicting a specific transformation, Thaw is about the feeling of one, the subtle moment when something held begins to loosen.</image:caption>

Finished with satin varnish and deep burgundy black painted edges. $650 Exhibition: Orville Hanchey Gallery, NSULA, Natchitoches, LA, September 11-October 9, 2026 Created specifically for the theme of the NSULA “High Summer” juried art competition, Heatwave uses color to convey the emotional experience of summer. Created during an actual heatwave in Texas, it explores the flip side of the carefree, fun stereotype of summer. This piece considers the subtle threshold at which pressure begins to alter perception and restraint gives way to impulse. Saturated color and insistent marks create an atmosphere both seductive and volatile. Beneath its vibrancy lies the quiet suggestion of consequence. Selected for the “High Summer” show by juror David Holcomb, it was also used as one of four promotional posters for the exhibition. Its companion piece, “Sirocco” was also selected for the show. Will be available upon conclusion of current exhibition.</image:caption>

Edges painted to match. $450 Exhibition: Stoex Design Gallery, July-August 2026 Interstice is about the space between.
